Cancellation Policy
At Splicity Dynamics, we aim to maintain transparency and clarity in all our services. This Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which a project or service may be cancelled.
Cancellation by Client
Clients may request cancellation of a service or project under the following conditions:
- Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email
- Cancellation will only be considered if the project has not yet been initiated
Once the project has started, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
No Cancellation After Work Begins
After the commencement of the project:
- The service cannot be cancelled
- No refunds will be issued (as per our Refund Policy)
- Resources and time allocated to the project are non-recoverable
Cancellation Due to Client Inactivity
If the client fails to provide required information, approvals, or communication for a period of 7 consecutive days:
- The project may be marked as inactive
- Splicity Dynamics reserves the right to cancel or close the project
- No refund will be provided in such cases
Cancellation by Splicity Dynamics
Splicity Dynamics reserves the right to cancel a project or service under the following circumstances:
- Misuse of services
- Violation of terms or illegal activities
- Lack of cooperation or communication from the client
- Unforeseen circumstances beyond our control
In such cases, any decision regarding partial refund (if applicable) will be at the sole discretion of Splicity Dynamics.
Non-Refundable Policy
All cancellations are subject to our strict No Refund Policy. Once a payment has been made and work has begun, no refund will be processed.
