No Refund Policy
All payments made to Splicity Dynamics are strictly non-refundable.
Once a payment has been successfully processed, we do not provide refunds under any circumstances, including but not limited to:
- Change of mind after payment
- Change in project requirements
- Delay or failure in providing required inputs from the client
- Project cancellation by the client
- Dissatisfaction based on personal preferences
Project Initiation
Once a project is confirmed and payment is received:
- Work begins immediately
- Resources are allocated
- Time and effort are invested
Due to these factors, all payments are considered final and non-reversible.
Exceptions
Refunds may only be considered in the following rare cases:
- Duplicate payment made by mistake
- Payment made due to a technical error
In such cases, you must contact us within 48 hours of the transaction.
Revisions & Support
Although we do not offer refunds:
- We provide revisions as per the agreed scope of work
