Once a payment is processed and the project has started, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

5. Project Timeline

  • Project timelines depend on the scope and complexity
  • Delays caused due to lack of client response or incomplete inputs will not be our responsibility
  • Revised timelines may be provided if necessary

6. Revisions

  • Revisions will be provided as per the agreed scope
  • Additional changes beyond the agreed scope may be chargeable

7. Intellectual Property

  • Final project ownership is transferred to the client only after full payment
  • Splicity Dynamics reserves the right to showcase completed work in its portfolio

8. Limitation of Liability

Splicity Dynamics shall not be held liable for:

  • Business loss, revenue loss, or data loss
  • Issues arising from third-party services or platforms

9. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate services if:

  • Terms are violated
  • There is misuse of services
  • The client fails to cooperate

No refund will be issued in such cases.

10. Third-Party Services

We may use third-party tools, services, or integrations. We are not responsible for:

  • Their performance
  • Downtime or errors
  • Policy changes of third-party providers
