Ship Code Daily Without Breaking Production
We design and implement end-to-end DevOps pipelines using Docker, Kubernetes, and GitHub Actions tailored to your team's workflow. Clients go from slow, error-prone releases to automated, auditable deployments that run consistently across every environment.
Faster Release Cycles
Automated build and deploy stages eliminate manual handoffs, cutting your average release time from hours to under ten minutes.
Consistent Environments
Docker images ensure the code that passes tests locally is byte-for-identical with what reaches staging and production.
Reduced Deployment Risk
Built-in health checks and automated rollback logic mean a bad release is detected and reversed before most users notice.
DevOps & CI/CD Pipelines
The outcome we're after
Manual deployments and environment mismatches are among the top causes of production incidents. When developers spend more time coordinating releases than writing code, velocity drops and confidence in the delivery process erodes across the entire team.
We map your existing release process, identify bottlenecks, then build containerised pipelines with Docker, orchestrate workloads on Kubernetes, and automate every test, build, and deploy step through GitHub Actions. Each pipeline is version-controlled, peer-reviewable, and portable.
The result is a deployment process your team actually trusts. Release cycles that once took days compress to minutes, on-call burden decreases because rollbacks are one command away, and new engineers can contribute to production on their first week without a lengthy runbook.

FAQ
Frequently asked questions
We already use GitHub — do we need to change our hosting to work with you?
No. We work within your existing GitHub repositories and extend them with Actions workflows. If your infrastructure runs on AWS, GCP, or Azure, we connect the pipeline to whichever cloud you already use without forcing a migration.
How long does it take to set up a production-ready CI/CD pipeline?
A standard pipeline covering build, test, and deploy stages typically takes two to three weeks. Projects with complex multi-service architectures or compliance requirements may take four to six weeks, and we give you a fixed scope document before work begins.
Do you manage the Kubernetes cluster after the initial setup?
We offer both one-time setup engagements and ongoing managed operations. For managed plans we handle upgrades, node scaling, and incident response. For setup-only engagements we document everything and run a handover session so your team can operate it independently.
Our codebase has never been containerised — is Docker a realistic first step?
Yes, and it is often the right first step. We assess your application's dependencies, write minimal Dockerfiles, and iterate with your developers. Most monolithic applications can be containerised within the first sprint without rewriting business logic.
