Yes. You can configure multiple ticket tiers — free, paid, early-bird, or invite-only — within a single event. Each tier has its own capacity limit, pricing, and confirmation flow, and attendees see only the tiers relevant to them.

How does the virtual event component work for remote attendees?

We integrate a streaming layer directly into the platform so remote attendees log in through the same registration account they used to register. Sessions, Q&A, and recordings are all accessible from one place without redirecting users to a third-party tool.

What payment gateways do you support for ticket sales?

We integrate with Razorpay, Stripe, and PayU by default, which covers INR and major international currencies. If your organisation already has a preferred gateway, we can build to that API instead, provided it offers standard webhook support.
