Courses Your Learners Actually Finish
We design and build structured e-learning programs—from instructional architecture to SCORM-packaged modules—ready to deploy on any LMS. Clients get measurable improvements in learner completion rates and knowledge transfer without the overhead of managing it in-house.
Standards-Compliant Output
Every module ships SCORM or xAPI certified, so it loads without errors on any major LMS platform your organisation uses.
Faster Time to Launch
Our structured production pipeline—brief, script, prototype, review, publish—takes most courses from kickoff to deployment in four to six weeks.
Engagement-Driven Design
Branching scenarios, knowledge checks, and paced reveals keep learners active rather than passive, which directly lifts completion and retention scores.
E-Learning Content Creation
The outcome we're after
Most organisations have subject-matter expertise locked inside the heads of a few people or buried in slide decks that nobody reads. Translating that knowledge into training that employees actually engage with—and that produces measurable skill change—is a different discipline entirely.
We start with an instructional design brief that maps learning objectives to business outcomes. Our team then scripts, storyboards, and produces modules using tools like Articulate Storyline or Rise, structured to meet SCORM 1.2, SCORM 2004, or xAPI standards so they drop cleanly into platforms like Moodle, TalentLMS, Docebo, or your proprietary LMS.
Clients leave with a fully tested course library, a style guide for future content consistency, and completion and assessment data flowing into their LMS dashboard from day one. Average learner completion rates on our projects run significantly above industry benchmarks because we build for engagement, not just compliance.

FAQ
Frequently asked questions
Which authoring tools do you use to build the courses?
We primarily work in Articulate Storyline and Articulate Rise, which give us fine-grained control over interactivity and output clean SCORM packages. For clients with specific tooling requirements—Adobe Captivate, iSpring, or Lectora—we can adapt. The final deliverable is always a tested, published package plus the editable source file.
Can you load the course directly into our existing LMS?
Yes. We handle LMS upload, configuration, and smoke-testing as part of the project scope for most standard platforms including Moodle, TalentLMS, Docebo, and Cornerstone. We will need admin access to your LMS environment for a defined window during the final delivery phase.
What if we already have existing slide decks or training materials?
Existing materials are a useful starting point and usually speed up the scripting phase. We review what you have, identify gaps against your learning objectives, and restructure or rewrite the content so it works as self-paced learning rather than a facilitated presentation. Nothing gets repurposed without being reworked for the format.
How long does a typical e-learning project take?
A single 20–30 minute module with moderate interactivity typically takes four to six weeks from kickoff to final SCORM package, assuming one consolidated round of client feedback per stage. Larger programmes with multiple modules are scoped and phased so individual units can go live while others are still in production.
