Do you handle shoots outside your city or travel to client locations?
Yes. We cover on-location shoots across India and can coordinate international assignments with advance notice. Travel and logistics costs are quoted transparently as a separate line item before the project is confirmed.
How many edited images will we receive from a typical product or headshot session?
Deliverable counts are agreed in the project brief — we do not apply arbitrary limits. A standard half-day product shoot typically yields 30 to 60 fully edited selects. Headshot sessions are quoted per person or per team size.
What is your post-editing turnaround time after the shoot?
Standard turnaround is five to seven business days after shoot completion. Rush delivery within 48 hours is available for an additional fee. You will receive a private gallery for review and a single round of revision is included.
Can you match the editing style of images we already have so new shots stay consistent?
Absolutely. Send us three to five reference images from your existing library and our retouchers will calibrate colour temperature, contrast and saturation to match. Consistency across old and new assets is part of our standard handoff.
