Do we need to provide our own hardware, or can you source it?
Either works. We can evaluate and recommend off-the-shelf modules or custom PCB designs based on your environment, power constraints, and budget. If you already have hardware, we integrate with it and write the firmware from scratch.
Which connectivity protocols do you support?
We work across MQTT, CoAP, HTTP/REST, LoRaWAN, BLE, and Zigbee depending on range, bandwidth, and power requirements. Protocol selection is driven by your use case — not by what is easiest for us to implement.
How do you handle security for connected devices?
Security is baked in from the start: TLS for data in transit, secure boot for firmware integrity, certificate-based device authentication, and role-based access on the management dashboard. We follow OWASP IoT guidelines throughout.
