Will clients receive reminders automatically, or does someone have to send them manually?
Reminders are fully automated. You decide the timing — for example, 24 hours before and again 2 hours before the appointment — and the system sends them via email, SMS, or both without any manual action from your team.
Can clients pay when they book, or only when they arrive?
Either option is possible. We can integrate a payment gateway so clients pay a deposit or the full amount at the time of booking, which also reduces no-shows. Alternatively, payment can be collected in person if that suits your business model better.
